Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as set out in Section 3.3. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with j444's anti-money-laundering obligations. Processing times vary by payment method but j444 endeavours to process all approved withdrawals within three (3) business days. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.
j444 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or use of a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder. In such cases, j444 may withhold funds pending investigation and notify relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.
Bonus funds credited to your j444 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any associated winnings are non-withdrawable.
All bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Any bonus balance remaining in your account at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
The following activities constitute misuse of j444 promotions and are strictly prohibited:

A bet is only accepted and binding once j444 has confirmed it via a bet confirmation message and it is reflected in your betting history. j444 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the maximum stake on any selection, or restrict a player's access to specific betting markets without prior notice or explanation.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond a period specified in the applicable sport rules, or declared void by j444's trading team, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account in full. Bets on markets within a partially completed event (e.g., completed innings in a rain-affected cricket match) will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules.
In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), j444 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds, whether they are open, settled, or pending settlement. A manifest error includes, without limitation, odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of publication.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j444 platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

j444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
